Friendly and polite staff made the stay more enjoyable, providing exceptional service. The comfortable room was clean, and there was a good selection of vegetarian options on the menu. while the bed was a bit hard for my liking, and I found the WiFi connection intermittent at times, the overall atmosphere was welcoming and warm, making it a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying our meals outside and the comfy beds in our twin room. The outdoor garden area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The live music added a nice touch. Only downside was that some menu items weren't available during our dinner, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 🌟

Pleasant decor in the room, but sockets were lacking for charging devices.

But finding a Yorkshire pudding with my vegetarian meal was a drama! Seriously, they need to step up the hospitality game a tad.

Room was more like a mini-suite, really spacious and modern! Enjoyed the beautiful food in the restaurant too.
Felt very cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

missingWrote a review on 13 Augnoise disturbance
The overall vibe of the place veers towards tired and in need of a facelift. There’s a significant noise issue due to nearby trains and kitchen units, which makes it tough to catch some quality sleep. Bedside charging options weren't available, forcing modern travelers into a bind. Breakfast felt rushed, especially when the kitchen ran out of granola, and the absence of coffee pots during busy times left a bit of a sour note.

Cozy Stopover with Amazing Service!
Enjoyed a delightful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and served delicious meals promptly. The rear patio was a lovely spot to unwind with a drink after a long journey. Tip, Request a cooler room if you're sensitive to heat, as it can get quite warm.

I stayed in a Double Room for one night. The room felt bright, clean, and spacious, with a nice hot shower that worked well. I appreciated the friendly, efficient check-in from the staff. I had dinner and breakfast there, both meals were exceptionally lovely, featuring generous portions and tasty flavors. the traffic from the main road was quite noticeable at times, but it didn't bother me too much. One downside was the lack of a bedside lamp. although there were wall lights, they were quite bright for nighttime use. the cleanliness and comfort were evident, but they could benefit from adding some more bedside amenities.
